Based in Louisville, Kentucky, Nicole is an Information Security Risk & Compliance Analyst for Bamboo Health, a global data analytics company. Prior to joining Bamboo Health, Nicole spent 8 years in civil litigation advocating for her clients. An alum of the National Democratic Training Committee's Staff Academy Digital Cohort, Nicole developed her skills in the digital campaign world and furthered her passion for creating dynamic and engaging content on various platforms. 

Nicole has a wealth of experience in driving strategy for nonprofit organizations, churches, and political campaigns. As a candidate herself in 2018, Nicole ran a campaign that focused on the needs of voters and meeting people where they are. Most recently, she was the campaign manager for Rep. Attica Scott's congressional run in KY-03 where they amassed 37% of the vote while being outraised 10-1.

Meta Collective was born out of Nicole's passion to help organizations and individuals maximize their impact on their community and the world through storytelling. At Meta, we achieve this by collaborating with clients to understand their vision and then bringing that vision to life in the most impactful way using storytelling, bold ideas, and thoughtful presentation.
